During The Art of Choice — Privé, we stay closely centred on the matter you bring. We may examine the assumptions surrounding it, the voices carrying weight, the standards the choice needs to meet, what each direction asks of you and what you may be unwilling to acknowledge because one answer feels safer, easier or more familiar than another.

If you have completed the Her Elegance Code Assessment or Her Code, those insights can provide useful context. We are not revisiting your entire Code or turning the session into another self-study. We draw only from what is relevant to the choice in front of you.

The purpose is precise: to understand the decision clearly enough that you can recognize which direction is most distinctly your own.

Before we meet, you will complete a concise private reflection outlining the matter you are bringing, what you are considering and where the decision currently feels unresolved. This allows us to enter the conversation with context already established rather than spending valuable time reconstructing the situation.

Your 90-minute private session with Talena is devoted to that one consequential matter. The conversation is shaped around what actually requires attention rather than a predetermined list of questions, allowing us to explore the relevant influences, realities, contradictions and trade-offs without opening every area of your life.

Where a recurring pattern becomes relevant, we examine how it is affecting this particular choice. The intention is not to resolve an established pattern in one session; that deeper work belongs within a longer coaching experience such as La Souveraine.

Following our conversation, you receive a concise Private Choice Brief capturing the essential clarity that emerged, the considerations that deserve greatest weight and the direction or immediate next step you identified. It is designed as a considered reference rather than another body of work for you to complete.
